Shipping
US shipping on prints
• Orders of $100 or more: flat $9.95 shipping.
• Orders under $100: flat $6.95 shipping for prints.
• 18x24 prints: $14.95.
Originals: each original ships for a flat $25 within the US. Shipping insurance isn't included. If you'd like your piece insured, email us before it ships.
International: we currently ship within the US only.
International buyers: email us for a quote. Buyers pay duties and customs, and international sales are final unless the piece arrives damaged.
Ship times (business days from order to ship date)
• Prints: 5-7 business days. Each print is signed and numbered by hand before it ships.
• Originals: 3-5 business days.
• You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How we pack
• Prints ship flat in rigid mailers or in triangle tubes, depending on size.
• Each limited-edition print comes hand-signed and numbered with a Certificate of Authenticity.
• Originals are professionally boxed and packed for safe travel.
Returns
Originals
• You can return an original within 14 days of delivery.
• It must arrive back in its original condition, in the original packing if possible.
• The buyer pays return shipping, and we recommend insuring it.
• We'll refund the purchase price once the piece arrives back safely.
• Please email us before sending a return so we can watch for it.
Prints
• Prints are final sale, because each one is signed and numbered by hand.
• The one exception is damage in shipping (see below).
• Canvas prints are gallery-wrapped with a solid black edge.
Commissions
• Commission deposits are non-refundable. The deposit holds your spot and covers the start of the work.
Damage in shipping
• If something arrives damaged, email a photo of the item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
• Keep the packaging until we sort it out, since the carrier may need it for a claim.
• We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, your choice.
• For a limited-edition print, the replacement gets a new edition number, and the damaged number is recorded as retired.
• For an original, a refund is the usual fix, since there's only one.
